Happy Birthday Dad- The warmth radiating off your smile, Means as much to me as a mile. Your shining eyes are like twinkling stars, Happy birthday to you I'll play on guitar. Your unconditional love, Is greater than that of a dove. No one can replace the role of a dad, No chaperone or old lad.  You show us the right path way, And illuminate our day, So, happy birthday I say to you, And thank you for everything you do. 

A Day In The Pandemic - Mr Mc Greggor wanted to go out, In this Pandemic, he surely learnt how to pout. Mrs Mc Greggor was stuck in New York, So he contented himself with a slice of pork.  He prayed "Oh Covid 19, surely you have had your fun,  Now please leave alone this old Blunden"!  So, a day in the pandemic passed just so, With many more days in the pandemic left to go. 

Beat the virus, Together as one! -  Corona Virus, a deadly disease, Let us all beat the virus if you please.  United, together as one, Smack and thwack with a gun.  Never stop fighting till the disease is far ashore, Till its adrift in an unknown moor. Together as one let us stand,  Fighting the virus hand in hand. 

 The City That Never Sleeps- The towering city displayed extravagance and grace,  That one could only stare in a daze. It shined much brighter than normal that night. Mesmerizing others with its beguiling sight. I stood dazzled by the awe-inspiring city that spread before me, Gaping at the shimmering sea.  And the night lights twinkled like diamond stars, Oh, how it reminded me of the beauteous world that's ours.
