The City That Never Sleeps

 The City That Never Sleeps-

The towering city displayed extravagance and grace, 

That one could only stare in a daze.

It shined much brighter than normal that night.

Mesmerizing others with its beguiling sight.

I stood dazzled by the awe-inspiring city that spread before me,

Gaping at the shimmering sea. 

And the night lights twinkled like diamond stars,

Oh, how it reminded me of the beauteous world that's ours.
